خلال توزيع تفاصيل إحتلال مقر الأونروا ظهرت رسالة إلكترونية تبلغني بأنه تم حظر حسابي لمدة 24 ساعة ( بقي منها 02:55 مع كتابة هذه التجربة) .
وكوني لا أقبل الأحكام الجائرة؛ تابعت الموضوع مع الAI أي الذكاء الخاص فريق الدعم الخاص بالواتساب – وهذه ليست المرة الأولى.
ووصلت النتيجة التالية :
1- لا تنبهروا كثيرًا بالذكاء الصناعي ولا تستعملوه في أماكن يكون فيها َمسؤولَا عن حياة أشخاص.
ففريق الدعم نفسه يضع رسالة تحذير غير قابلة للنسخ أو التوزيع قبل البدء بعرض المشكلة وقد نسختها وترجمتها كالتالي : ” رسائل قد یولدها الذكاء الصناعي, وقد تكون غير دقيقة وغير مناسبة”. واستنتجت منها كيف تم برمجة المسؤولين.
2- هناك رقابة إلكترونية بشرية مشددة على الحسابات النشطة؛ فتنطلق إشارة حظر الحار لحظة تجاوزها حدًا معينًا لعدد الرسائل الموزعة إلى أفراد أو مجموعات. وأصبحت الآن لمدة زمنية محددة بدل الحظر الكلي.
3- يتهرب الذكاء الصناعي من الإجابة تمامًا كما تتهرب السلطة في معالجة كافة أمور معاناة مواطنيها من الإحتلال وأثاره.
وإليكم التفاصيل كما حصلت بالتسلسل الزمني ؛ علمًا بأن حسابي سيعود تلقائيًا للعمل عند إنتهاء مدة الحظر دون الحصول على سبب الحظر.
وأعتذر من الأخوة الذين لا يجيدون اللغة الأجنبية؛ آخذين بعين الإعتبار بأن ردودي تعكس أجوبة فريق الدعم.

لقد تم حظر حسابي بشكل مؤقت واتهمني بعدة تهم.
وعندما يتهم أي شخص لا بد من عرض لائحة الإتهام بشكل واضح.
قرأت لائحة الإتهام الموجهة إلى حسابي وهي مبنية على الإحتمالات وليس على أدلة ثابتة، وتتراوح بين
1- إرسال رسائل مزعجة
2- أرسال رسائل بشكل آلي.
3- إرسال حجم كبير من الرسائل.
أنا أعرف القوانين وأحاول ألّا أخرقها لأحافظ على حسابي
فلا يوجد تعريف أو تحذير أو إشارة للمشتركين بتطبيق الواتساب بأنه سيتجاوز الحد الأقصى للرسائل.

ولكنها لم تحل لي مشكلة السبب الرئيسي لحظر حسابي المؤقت لمدة 24 ساعة عن بعض الأرقام.
